 After breakfast, I take my vitamins. The sound of me shaking vitamins out of the bottle sounds just like the sound of kitty treats being poured out of the kitty treat jar. So, at vitamin time every morning the kitties get these desperate, pleading looks on their faces. And then I give them treats.
