On Wednesday, we took a bus down to Baton Rouge to tour some incubators. I got some Johnny's Po-Boys to go, for the ride, because I had heard they were the best in New Orleans. I got the shrimp, as recommended, and it was DELICIOUS. One of the best foods of the whole trip, for sure!
